Mexico is located in North America between the Pacific Ocean  and the Gulf of Mexico. This country is rich in culture, history, traditions and gastronomy. 

Mexican cuisine is chatacterized by its many flavours, and its great diversity.

After the arrival of the Spanish Mexican food was enriched with animals like chicken, cow, lamb and pork. However, in the Southeast regions, it was impossible to farm these animals because of the weather and the conquest resulted in complications in the states of the South; which is why this regions keep their purity, originality and preparation methods, or as we call it, "Sazón".

Each region has a different type of mole, and enchiladas, such as several dishes like Chiles en Nogada, Adobos, Cochinita Pibil and more, combining European techniques with prehispanic cuisine.
